In looking through our senior yearbook last week I got to the back
pages where people were quoted about how they made money and what jobs
they had. I realize I don't remember what jobs a lot of my friends had.
It would be fun to hear where everyone worked and how we earned our
money. (I have to say, regarding a quote that was attributed to me on
p.183: It quoted me as saying that I didn't think I got paid often
enough and it wasn't enough money so I QUIT! Not true! Did anyone else
get attached to a quote that wasn't theirs?!) Here's how I earned my
money: I babysat in 9th-10th grade, mowed lawns with my brother the
summer after 10th grade and then I worked at Nina's Hallmark 11th grade
on through college when I was home on breaks. That was a great place to
work.
