I got my first job in 1984 while I was still at West Mid-High suffering under the tutelage of Jetta Burton, the Wicked Witch of West (GOD, I hated that woman!!) at the Taco Mayo across the street from the high school. I quit that job after about 6 months and then spent most of the rest of my time in Norman working at the Orange Julius at the mall. I had to take off 6 weeks from that job in 1985 after I had my accident (the one where I ran into Darren Fox's VW on my bike on my way home from school at lunchtime and broke my left wrist and got a huge cut over my right eye.) Happy times...
